Cancellation and Refunds
This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for Ai Photo Lab digital software products and services.

1. Digital Product Cancellation
Orders for digital products are processed quickly after payment. Once a license key, download link, template, or account access is issued, cancellation may not be possible unless the order is eligible under this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible software purchases. A refund may be considered if the product does not work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- The license has been activated and the product is working as described.
- The customer changed their mind after receiving digital access.
- The issue is caused by unsupported system requirements, third-party software restrictions, or customer device limitations disclosed before purchase.
- Unauthorized sharing, license misuse, cracking attempts, or violation of our Terms and Conditions is detected.
- Digital templates, downloadable assets, or consumed services have already been accessed or downloaded.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email help.aiphotolab@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your registered email, phone number, order/payment ID, product name, and issue details.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The amount may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway timelines.
6. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you were charged more than once or payment failed but money was debited, contact us with payment proof. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded or adjusted.
7. Subscription Cancellation
If you purchase a recurring cloud plan in the future, cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless mentioned otherwise.
